is Partner and Managing Director of the Glenroe Group. He oversees the consulting practice focusing on new business development with private equity, venture capital, leisure entertainment and on-line advertising companies.
Prior to Glenroe, Tommy was a senior executive with The Walt Disney Company for thirteen years. As Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning, he led strategic business development for the worldwide theme parks and resorts division, which included the feasibility and development of key landmark investments including Hong Kong Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line and several domestic and international marquee properties. As a senior operating executive, Tommy was responsible for driving revenue growth at the Disneyland Resort, which included two theme parks, three hotels and a retail, dining and entertainment district. He oversaw pricing, yield management, financial forecasting, market and guest research and product development for all lines of businesses.
Tommy was a distinguished graduate from the US Air Force Academy and received an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Prior to Glenroe, Alexi was responsible for driving new revenue growth for the retail and dining lines of business at the Disneyland Resort. He also oversaw the forecasting and planning of Resort wide revenues (a multi-billion dollar business unit). Alexi has incubated, led and consulted for various startups in the not-for-profit and for-profit arenas. Currently, he serves as President of Youth Leadership America (YLA) a not-for-profit he co-founded.
Alexi holds a bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Southern California where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude and received a Presidential Scholarship. |
